Congratulations! You’re all signed up to the Superbook 5k

Now that we have all your details we will pop your Superbook 5k T-Shirt and Medal into the post and it should be with you shortly along with a fundraising sheet.

Step 1

You’ve now finished the first of 3 steps for taking part in the Superbook 5k. Great job!

Step 2

Start fundraising! Spread to the word to your friends and family, and ask them to support you in raising money for Superbook so that together, we can reach more people than ever before.

Start training. You may be a seasoned pro or taking part for your first time. Either way, be prepared for running or walking your race and please ensure that you are physically fit enough to take part.

Step 3

Run or walk the race in your neighbourhood! This is officially taking part between 1st and 31st July, but you can do yours whenever is most convenient.

Collect all the donations from your sponsors and send them in. You can donate online at cbneurope.com/donate, call us on 0300 561 0700 or send by post to PO Box 700, Hereford, HR1 9EW.
