Nothing is Wasted

Have you ever been in the midst of a situation that feels impossible? You can’t see how God will come through here. Have you ever wondered what on earth God is doing in this situation? Me too. You are not alone.
You begin to look around and see God moving in the lives of other people, but for some reason your situation just seems to be continuing. Let me encourage you, don’t quit. Please don’t give up now. Commit to seeing it through, for what He starts, He finishes.
Someone once told me this; Often, God is doing more behind your back than in front of your face. We see a quick glimpse of the picture He is working on in our lives. As He weaves the tapestry of life together, sometimes all we see is the tangle of thread on the back. But He sees the beautiful picture that displays His goodness and grace on the front. In the middle of a house renovation, it takes the architect to reassure the workers of the finished home they do not yet see.
He is working. Trust the process.
Often, God is doing more behind your back than in front of your face
We believe in God’s ability to step in and miraculously change a situation; he works in the suddenly. However, we also hold in tension His sovereignty; He knows what He is doing. I want to encourage you today that whatever you are in the middle of, right now, He is at work.
The bible says that for those who believe in Christ, He will “work all things for good” (Romans 8:28). In other words, nothing is wasted. He is working out His plans and purposes for our lives.
He remains the same. He is as good in the shadows and as on the mountaintop. He is faithful on the podium and in the prison. There is nothing too hard, that He is not able. We are never too far away, that He can’t find us. There is no situation too dead, that He can’t revive again.
Trust the process. Trust the architect. Don’t quit, for He is at work.
Nothing is wasted.
