About CBN Europe & Church Partnerships

“To make Jesus known to everyone in the UK, Europe, and beyond.”

CBN’s heart is to see people encounter Jesus and live transformed lives, sharing the good news that the world needs to hear. We do this through TV, our prayer centre, social media, online resources and our humanitarian initiatives, Operation Blessing and Orphan’s Promise. You can visit cbneurope.com/partners to find out more.

At the heart of Church Partnerships is the desire to see the Gospel impact local communities and our world. We are stronger together. By supporting you with resources for discipleship, mission and evangelism, you can have a greater local impact. Through your support of CBN, not only are you becoming central to the Gospel being shared on a broader scale, but you enable us to create more resources for the Church. Church Partners are essential to CBN’s mission and outreach in the UK and Europe.

Resources

Equipping the Church in discipleship, mission, and evangelism. See what’s available to Church Partners below.

What is ‘But How?’

But How? is a discipleship series designed to help new Christians or mature Christians practically live out their faith.

Each episode contains a short video segment (under 5 minutes) with three tips on the how of various spiritual disciplines. These don’t have to be done in any order but could be used in small groups, alongside your main teaching, as a short course, or any other way you find works. It is designed for anyone needing simple but practical ideas for living out their faith.

Alongside each episode, there is a ‘Discover More’ section containing five resource recommendations (book recommendations, courses, websites, videos etc…) and something practical to help further develop the spiritual discipline.

Many of us know why we should do these things, but we often get stuck on the how. But How? could be just what they need to grow as disciples.

What is ‘But Why?’

But Why? is a short video series designed to help anyone approach those tough questions in life; Why does God allow evil? Do all religions lead to God? Why believe the Bible? Did Jesus actually rise from the dead? These are only a few of the many tough questions out there.

This series doesn’t tackle every question you may have, but it does provide some helpful responses to some of those most asked. In a relaxed sofa-style conversation, Joel Singleton and Mark Greenwood share some of their insights and understandings around these big topics.

We believe But Why? is a great place to start. You’ll also find a Discover More pdf with a variety of further resources such as websites, books, YT channels and more.

Many of us shy away from questions like these because what if we get it wrong? But Why? could be just what we need to begin approaching tough questions.

Partnership

Not only can your local impact grow stronger, but through fundraising OR monthly donations, your Church becomes part of the hope and life-changing transformations that happen worldwide as the Gospel is shared. We’ll ensure we work around you and your Church’s needs.

There are two ways you can partner with CBN. They are:

Fundraising

With this option, we only ask you to hold two fundraisers each year. There will be multiple ways that you can help us to fundraise. It could be through a Church service, participating in the Superbook 5k, hosting an afternoon of Superbook fun or any other ideas you might have. We want to be flexible and offer something that aligns with your Church’s vision. Whatever you decide, we can provide helpful resources that keep the process simple and straightforward.

Monthly Donations

If fundraising isn’t for you, you can support CBN Europe by giving monthly. What you provide helps the whole ministry of CBN in our Humanitarian Outreach, Gospel-Sharing, and Disciple-Making in the UK, Europe and beyond.

Frequently Asked Questions

Check out our FAQ for some more information on Church Partnerships

If I need to ask a question, who should I contact?

Please email Joel at [email protected]

Does the Church need to pay for the partnership?

We only ask that the Church holds two fundraisers in the year OR they can choose to make monthly donations if they would prefer that. We will help to provide as much as possible to make organising a snap.

We are a small congregation. Could we still be a CBNE Church Partner?

Yes. We want to help equip the Church to do all that God has asked it to do so there is no minimum or maximum limit on congregation size.

We already partner with a Christian charity. Can we partner with you too?

Yes, absolutely. The more we as Christians partner together in unity, the stronger we all become.

We don’t have the people to organise a fundraiser, what help is available?

Our Church Partnership team will be able to help you with fundraising ideas and resources. There are lots of options so you can choose ones that best fit your church. You could simply promote one of our yearly campaigns (for which we can provide all the content) and ask people in your Church to give, or take a more active role and get people involved in running the Superbook 5k.

If we change our mind, can we stop our Church Partnership?

Yes, there’s no signed agreement, so if you should feel it’s not for you, you can stop at any point. It would really help us if you could let us know why so we can continue to improve our partnership experience for others.

I want to give some feedback on my experience as a partner, how can I do this?

Please use the Microsoft Forms form attached here.

I’m not in the UK or Europe, can I become a Church Partner?

Currently, we are only accepting Church Partners from the UK or Europe but as the Church Partnership scheme develops we may open it up internationally in the future.

Disaster Relief

CBN‘s Operation Blessing provides disaster relief around the world. International teams mobilize quickly and work with churches and the local community to bring aid where needed most: clean water, medical care, food, and other essential aid.

“They’re out there bringing hope to people who maybe never heard of the Gospel. And when they send out people to bring fresh water to others who haven’t any fresh water, and their children are dying, that is such a hope for them to turn to the Lord and begin to trust Him.”
