74-year-old Chrissy lives in the village of Hassocks near Brighton. She loves fish and chips and goes to her nearby shop almost every week. Something else that she really likes is to watch the 700 club every evening at her home.
Chrissy shares, “It’s the little children that steal my heart every time when you see them.”
So Chrissy decided to become a CBN UK monthly partner so that she can help children around the world.
Even as a pensioner she gives – sometimes sacrificially – because she said that she has learned the lesson about giving.
“I have seen wonderful things happen.”
“When the Lord was on this earth He gave. He gave up Himself. Jesus says, “give”. It’s better to give than to receive. There are two types of giving, there is buying and selling in the world and there literally is giving and receiving in the kingdom so we are taught to give in the kingdom”, says Chrisy who has experienced God’s blessings as a result of her obedience to give.
Chrisy says, “I have seen wonderful things happen. My Godmother gave me this house. And giving and partnering with the 700 Club, I have been blessed.”
